I stopped in to buy hot sauce and was greeted by a very friendly lady who showed me which one is most popular. I'm excited to cook lunch and give it a try. It's a cute little market with many interesting items. I'll be back!

Aunty Claire's is a very nice little market with a wide range of interesting foods, including canned and packaged goods, spices, frozen greens, beans and meat (e.g. goat) and some fresh produce like sweet potatoes and okra. Best of all, Aunty Claire herself is very welcoming, helpful and kind. I am not African or Carribean, but she introduced me to some wonderful items, like Ngai Ngai sauce, Peanut Flour and sweet potatoes. I purchased these and made a delicious meal at home which my wife loved: baked sweet potato, vegetables with Ngai Ngai sauce and Peanut Flour Cake baked from an online recipe. Eating a fantastic meal like this at home while listening to some Ugandan jazz by Ouma Myko lifted us away on a warm breeze to the Mother Continent of us all!
Interesting store with very specific goods. I did not buy anything, because not sure how it taste and even what is it. But this is great to have stores like this to support needs some people who like it.
